Here at Waters and Sons we have a dedicated team to help you at this most distressing time; the last thing anyone ever wants to do is make funeral arrangements for a child.
 
We provide as much support as possible to parents and families following a bereavement and are here to provide guidance and support every step of the way in the comfort of your own home if you wish.
 
What you should expect during the arrangements are for us to establish what type of service you would like for your child. We will ask you questions about your child and what they loved to do so we can then personalise their service to be all about them and what they loved.
 
We like to make the arrangements at your pace so if you feel overwhelmed or are not ready to answer certain questions, we don’t want you to be afraid to say “that’s enough for today”. We will take each day with you and support you as much as we can and if that requires three or more visits then that is what we will do.
