• Biodegradable materials: Your loved one may be buried in a biodegradable coffin or shroud. 
• Simple ceremony: The service can be personalized and focus on stories about the deceased. 
• Green burials often don't include a headstone. 
• Marking the plot: The plot may be marked with a natural stone marker and GPS. 
• Leaving the area to grow wild: The area around the burial site may be left to grow wild.
• Other options include avoiding plastic wrapping, encouraging people to use public transportation, and live-streaming the ceremony
