As a family having your say matters and during the arrangement your arranger will ask how you would like to have your loved one dressed, if you wish, your loved one can be dressed and presented in their own clothing or, we can provide ladies and gentlemen’s gowns. They will also ask if you wish to visit your loved one in one of our chapels of rest, and they may ask you to provide us with a photograph so we can make sure the finer details like hair and make up (if applicable) are done to how your loved one would have normally have it.

• The respectful care and attention of your loved one until the day of the funeral 
• Hygienic in-house mortuary facilities 
• The provision of fully trained, dedicated staff to the caring of your loved one until the day of the funeral
• The careful preparation and care of your loved one to ensure a respectful and safe environment is fully maintained until the funeral
• The dressing of your loved one in their own clothing or gown/robe set* and placing them into a coffin or casket
• The use of our private chapels of rest for visiting your loved one 
• Dedicated staff to prepare and support you with visits to the chapel
