- Coordination and liaison on your behalf with doctors, hospitals, cemeteries, crematoriums (whichever apply), clergy or celebrants, HM Corner’s (where applicable)
- The completion and submission of all necessary statutory and necessary paperwork and telephone calls relating to the funeral
- Arranging and management of the payments of all 3rd party fees and disbursements on your behalf
- Professional guidance and advice on ordering floristry and floral tributes, funeral stationery and printing requirements such as orders of service and pre-purchased funeral plans throughout and after the funeral service has taken place, should you require
- The receiving and care of all floral tribute’s
- Setting up of online or death notice (obituary) tributes
- The setup, receiving and distribution of charitable donations to charities of yours, or your loved one’s choosing
- The management and arrangements for the locating, purchasing and leasing of graves and/or burial plots (where applicable)
- Masonry advice including the purchasing, organising, removal and cleaning of existing memorials
- Advice on probate, insurance, funeral finance and D.W.P claims (where applicable)
